Shipping and Returns

We aim to process orders within 2 working days, however, during busy times, please allow 5 working days. Once processed, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hr tracked for UK deliveries or Royal Mail International Standard for overseas deliveries. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Postage & Packaging cost

We have a flat rate of £4.99 for UK deliveries with free shipping on orders over £50 (using code FREESHIP50 at checkout).

International deliveries are a flat rate of £15 for selected countries. We are not currently shipping to the EU or the USA. Deliveries to the USA will resume shortly.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK.

All customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and Helios Store cannot be held responsible for these fees. Please check possible charges before placing an order.

Returns & exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Helios Store! However, if there's a problem with your order, please follow the process below to request a refund or exchange.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Jewellery

  • Discounted or sale items

How to Return an Item

Before sending anything back, please contact us via our contact form. Please include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note: original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us via the contact form with details of the item you'd like to exchange.

All postage costs (including return shipping) are the customer’s responsibility. We will dispatch the replacement item once we have received the original item back in store, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
